Antoine Dréan founded Triago in 1992. Antoine is in charge of the group’s business development and manages Triago’s strategic advisory missions for clients. He has over 20 years of industry experience as an advisor to the private equity fund community and as an entrepreneur. He was also Europe’s first placement agent. Antoine started his professional career in 1986 in a French advisory firm specialized in distressed situations. In 1988, he founded an M&A boutique which he eventually sold to an American investment bank in 1990. Antoine earned an MBA from The Wharton School and is a member of the Wharton EMEA Executive Board. He is a French national, fluent in English and French.

Victor Quiroga joined Triago in 1994. Victor is responsible for originating and executing primary fundraising mandates in the Americas, Asia and Australasia. He also works on strategic advisory missions for clients. He has 20 years of industry experience and has been involved in all of Triago’s fundraising mandates. Initially based in Paris, in charge of primary placement assignments, Victor moved to New York in 2005 to set up Triago’s Americas operations. Victor attended the London School of Economics and Political Science and the University of Paris Pantheon-Sorbonne, where he earned an MS in Econometrics and Mathematical Economics. He is a Bolivian national fluent in English, French, Italian and Spanish.

NICOLAS DE NAZELLE
Nicolas de Nazelle joined Triago in 2005. Nicolas is in charge of the origination and execution of primary transactions. Nicolas has fourteen years of experience in investment banking and private equity. Before joining Triago, he was in charge of portfolio monitoring at Avesta Partners, a spin-off of UBS Private Equity Paris. Earlier, he held a variety of positions in structured finance and investment banking at JPMorgan Chase Manhattan Bank and Société Générale in New York. Nicolas earned an MBA from City University of New York, an MS in Economics from Britain’s Reading University, and a graduate degree in Finance from the University of Paris-X. Nicolas is a French-American national, fluent in English and French.

Mathieu Dréan joined Triago in 1998. Mathieu is in charge of the group’s operations. Since its creation, he has been leading the operations of Triago’s dedicated secondary team. He has over 15 years of industry experience as a global fundraising and secondary transactions specialist, handling over 100 assignments on behalf of financial institutions and private investors worldwide. Before joining Triago, Mathieu was a sales manager in a trading company. He earned his MS in Management from ESSEC Business School. Mathieu is a French national, fluent in English and French.

Anna Chambers joined Triago in 2005. Anna is responsible for primary fund coverage and execution in Europe, with a focus on investor relations. She has played a senior role originating and coordinating more than 20 fundraising mandates, covering mainstream and alternative strategies ranging from Mid-Market Buyout to Life Sciences. Anna earned an MA with Honors in History and French from the University of Edinburgh. She is a British national, fluent in English and French.

Fabian Mourgue d’Algue joined Triago in 1996. He is responsible for fundraising in French-speaking European countries. Fabian also works on global strategic advisory mandates and is Triago’s Corporate Secretary. Fabian has over 17 years of industry experience, having raised capital for more than 75 private equity funds. Before joining Triago, Fabian was an analyst in the M&A Group of Paribas, working in the automotive, telecoms and luxury goods sectors. Fabian is a graduate of the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris (“Sciences Po”) and earned his MS in Econometrics from the University of Paris-Nanterre. He is a French national, fluent in English and French.

Katrin Brökelmann advises Triago in the German speaking markets.
Katrin has over 13 years of industry experience as an investment professional in Private Equity and Venture Capital. She co-founded PINOVA Capital, a German small-cap Private Equity firm. Prior to this, she was an investor with 3i in Switzerland and Germany. Katrin started her career as a Management Consultant with McKinsey & Company after having earned an MS in International Management from ESCP Europe and a Bachelor in Management and Economics from Vienna University of Economics and Business. Tina Sodhi joined Triago in 2010. Tina is responsible for fundraising in the Americas and has over ten years of experience as a private equity executive. Before joining Triago, Tina spent two years as an independent fundraising agent, handling investor relations and marketing for alternative, buyout and venture capital funds. Earlier, she managed The Royal Bank of Scotland’s private equity investments in the Americas, monitoring performance, cash flow and fund risk, in addition to making new investments. Tina began her investment career at BNP Paribas, where she helped build the bank’s $400 million U.S. private equity portfolio. She earned her BA in International Markets from the University of Connecticut. Tina is an American-Indian national, fluent in English and Hindi.

Virginie Bourel joined Triago in 2014. Virginie is involved in the execution of global strategic advisory mandates and has over 10 years of experience in private equity. Before joining Triago, Virginie was at Quartilium, a fund of funds managed by Groupama Private Equity with over € 1.4 billion of assets under management, where she was an Invesment Director. Virginie was responsible for investments in Europe, the USA and Asia, covering various strategies such as buyout, venture capital, mezzanine and infrastructure funds. Earlier, she was an Audit Manager at Mazars and also spent some time in the acquisition and leveraged finance Department of Natixis. Virginie earned an MS in Corporate Finance from La Sorbonne University and is an Harvard Business School alumni. She is a French citizen, fluent in English and French.

Farrah Ayad joined Triago in 2012. She is principally involved in the execution of primary and secondary transactions in the Middle East and North Africa. Before joining Triago, Farrah was a senior business analyst coordinating cross border operations and communications for HSBC in MENA. Farrah began her career as credit risk management officer in HSBC’s Egyptian retail banking network. She earned a BA in Economics and Political Science from Cairo University in Egypt. Farrah is an Egyptian national, fluent in Arabic and English.

Diana Gatcan joined Triago in 2007. Diana sources and executes secondary transactions. Before joining Triago, she was an analyst in the M&A team of Société Générale Corporate & Investment Banking, responsible for industry research, financial modeling, and development and valuation of structured transaction solutions. Diana earned her MS in Management from HEC Paris and a Major Field of Study degree in Business Administration from Milan’s Luigi Bocconi University. Before joining Triago, David worked in the Risk Management Department at Dexia, updating capital exposures in line with Basel II ratios. In 2007, David joined Junior ESSEC Conseil, a highly regarded student-run management consulting firm, as Project Manager. In 2008, he became President of Junior ESSEC Conseil. David studied at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and earned an MS in Management from ESSEC Business School. He is a French-American national, fluent in English, French and German.

Before joining Triago, Lisa was a Financial Controls Manager for Private Equity as well as a Private Equity Valuation Specialist at Och-Ziff for nearly 5 years. Earlier, she was an analyst at Duff & Phelps across both the Financial Reporting and Portfolio Valuation groups conducting analyses for businesses and leading private equity funds for 2 years. Lisa earned her BBA at Emory University’s Goizueta Business School with concentrations in Finance and Management. She is an American national.

David Lanchner, founder and managing director of Lanchner Communications, is responsible for coordinating Triago’s communications worldwide. Prior to taking an external role, David was Triago’s in-house head of communications. This followed a 23-year career as a financial journalist, based in New York and Paris. He has served as Paris-based Staff writer for Institutional Investor magazine and as a reporter at Bloomberg, the International Herald Tribune and Money magazine. David earned a BA with Honors in English Literature from The University of Chicago. He is an American national, fluent in English and French.
